In addition to the 0.75l Bordeaux bottle, you will also find our litre wines and small 0.25l bottles here. New: selected Burgundy grape varieties are now available in the classic Burgundy bottle!

Particularly high quality requirements are applied to this line: our „Premium project“ embodies selected winegrowers and vineyards, deliberate reduction in yield , careful hand-picking and meticulous winemaking - all of which can be recognized by the „PP“ on the label. The premium line is available in 0.375 and 0.75 litre bottles as well as in magnum and double magnum bottles. In addition to dry wines of exceptional quality, you will also find our fine dessert wines here.

The ideal interplay of climatic and geological conditions in Ihringen and the exceptional care with which our winegrowers devote themselves to selected vineyards form the very basis of these excellent wines.
The first documented record of the Ihringen wine-growing village of today in the year 962 inspired us when naming this line of wines, which extends our top-of-the-range segment. The flagship of our cooperative also boasts an attractive and very distinct design. Brilliant taste of the highest standard.

Only the finest wines from Ihringen form the basis of our sparkling wines. Ihringer Winzersekt is characterized by its fine aroma, refreshing fruit acidity, natural delicacy and elegance and turns every moment into an unforgettable experience. Typically fruity and inspiringly sparkling, our Seccos ensure enjoyment and high spirits.

Intense flavour thanks to hand-picked Pinot grapes from the best vineyards. Highly concentrated grapes, some partially dried on the vine, ensure a distinctive aromatic complexity.

A cuvée is always a singular composition in any glass. The blend of several grape varieties into a completely new wine is the peak of achievement for the winemaker. Creativity and sensitivity are required to find the ideal blend ratio out of the base wines.
